1. Lawn Care Technician

As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be responsible for providing a variety of lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, leaf mulching, weed control, and more. You’ll work directly with our clients to ensure their lawns look their best and meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and other lawn maintenance tasks

• Assist with leaf removal, mulching, and seasonal cleanups

• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently

• Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs

• Ensure job sites are clean and organized before leaving

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred, but not required

• Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

2. Lawn Care Crew Member

Join our lawn care crew and help maintain beautiful lawns across Kansas City. As a crew member, you’ll work alongside our experienced team to deliver excellent service and satisfaction to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn care tasks

• Help with the loading and unloading of equipment

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on the job

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary—just a willingness to learn!

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Physical ability to perform lawn care tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
